Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

All Gravitate Software Inc. subscription plans are billed on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to the service until then.

Refunds

Because our services involve the creation and delivery of digital work (ad scripts, video editing, campaign setup), we generally do not offer refunds for completed work or partially used billing periods.

However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a service issue, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
